Terms of Service

10xPlot provides digital tools for parcel location, coordinate review, mapping, land context, agriculture and market signals, data exports and voluntary Land Showcases.

Features and data coverage vary by location, source record, data availability and the access purchased.

• Provide accurate account and project information.
• Keep your sign-in details secure.
• Upload only records, coordinates, images and media that you are authorised to use.
• Review extracted coordinates and parcel geometry before relying on a result.

You remain responsible for the content you submit and for decisions made using it.

10xPlot combines user-provided information with attributed government, public and commercial datasets. Where practicable, the service identifies the source agency, dataset and source platform. Each source has its own date, geographic scale, methodology, permissions and limitations.

Third-party source records may be historical, incomplete, generalised, periodically updated or contain errors. Unless expressly stated, 10xPlot does not independently survey or verify each source record or current ground condition.

10xPlot may also calculate plot-specific results from those datasets, such as nearby distances, intersections, counts and administrative matches. Those calculations are produced by 10xPlot and are separate from the original source record.

Statistical and environmental information may describe a Chiwog, Gewog, Dzongkhag, grid cell or wider area rather than the conditions of one parcel. A match does not guarantee that the same condition exists at every point inside the plot.

Naming a source does not mean that the agency or data provider has reviewed, approved or endorsed 10xPlot or an individual report.

You decide whether to publish a Land Showcase and which photos, descriptions, contact details and parcel presentation to include. You must have permission to publish that information.

10xPlot provides presentation and enquiry tools. It is not an estate agent, conveyancer, surveyor, broker or party to any negotiation, sale or transfer between users.

The price, currency and included access are shown before checkout. Payments may be processed securely by Stripe or another provider identified at checkout.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about an order should be raised promptly through Support.

You must not:

• Access another person's account or private project.
• Bypass payment, access or publication controls.
• Upload unlawful, misleading or infringing material.
• Probe, overload, scrape or disrupt the service.
• Present a 10xPlot result as an official government certification.

10xPlot may maintain, improve or change the service. We cannot guarantee that every uploaded document will be interpreted correctly, that third-party datasets will always be current or complete, or that every location will have the same data coverage.

10xPlot remains responsible for providing its digital service with the standard required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility, remedies or consumer rights where the law does not allow that exclusion or limitation.

Subject to applicable law, 10xPlot is not responsible for an inaccuracy that originates solely in a third-party source record where 10xPlot did not create or introduce that inaccuracy and the service was provided with reasonable care and skill.

These terms do not override any mandatory rights that apply to you. Land ownership, registration, cadastral, transfer and planning matters concerning land in Bhutan remain subject to Bhutanese law and the decisions of the competent authorities.

Other aspects of the digital service remain subject to any mandatory consumer, contract and data-protection laws that apply to the customer and the service.

10xPlot is a product of 10XData.

10XData is registered in Bhutan as a Cottage Industry with the Department of Industry, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Employment.

10XData is also operated in the United Kingdom by Thinley, trading as 10XData.
